Fashionistas, students and museum-goers rubbed elbows with each other to toast the opening of Anthony Ryan Auld's first-ever museum exhibition. The Louisiana Art and Science Museum is featuring the exhibition, entitled "Anthony Ryan Auld: The Art of Fashion" through March 30 alongside a secondary collection of works from 19 other "Project Runway" stars.The preview party gave attendees a first-look at Auld's exhibition, which was curated by LASM's Elizabeth Weinstein. About 30 of his designs stood at attention on mannequins throughout the space alongside sneak peaks at Auld's design process, evident in inspiration boards and sketches. The young designer recently underwent chemotherapy for a second bout of testicular cancer, from which he's currently in remission today.
