Recently I was struck by something a woman - we'll call her Rosa - said about her 401(k) contributions. Here's my underlying contention: I believe that a good portion of the investing public would make many more rational investment decisions if they were forced to partially or wholly ignore the T.V. and internet whilst making assessments.
