The strapless white frock with a lace overlay has taken the guidance counselor and her photographer husband Jeff Salvage from their Medford home to local haunts, famous locations and exotic places.Married nearly six years, the duo recently took to the skies for the 150th photo shoot with the dress. In marking the milestone, the couple went weightless at Cape Canaveral, where they flew 30,000 feet above the earth for an out-of-this-world experience with the Zero Gravity Corporation (ZERO-G)“That was incredible,” Jennifer Salvage said.During the ZERO-G Weightless Experience, both spouses floated at 30-second intervals more than a dozen times through a series of controlled descents aboard a modified Boeing 727 aircraft. Challenged by the unique circumstance of floating while working, Jeff Salvage snapped photographs of his wife throughout their flight.Since a Burlington County Times article about the couple was published in 2011 on Valentine’s Day, the pair and their gown have been splashed across national media outlets, including appearance on morning news programs,No matter how you choose to ring in the new year Taffeta Strapless Chapel Train Ruffles Applique Beaded Ball Gown Wedding Dress, Jovani has you covered. and featured in a number of foreign newspapers along their travels. While they appreciate the attention, the Salvages, who are both in their 40s, said the project has brought them closer together and has improved their communication with one another. On an underwater dive, for example, the photographer only had to see the look on his bride’s face to know what she was thinking, and she instinctively responds to his cues.

Jennifer Salvage said her only requirement for selecting a bridal gown was for it to travel easily without wrinkling. After the project took off, the company provided her with additional gowns, altered to her size. In an effort to preserve the original, the couple utilizes the “stand-in” dresses for sessions that locations where the gown is likely to get dirty, wet or otherwise sullied.
